On Monday, September 2nd Sussex County EOC alerted Delmar Fire Department, Parsonsburg Fire Department, Sussex County Paramedics and DSP Trooper 2 for an accident with entrapment. Units arrived on scene of a two vehicle MVC with patients already out of the vehicle with the assistance of bystanders. Two patients were transported to a local trauma center. One subject fled the scene on foot. Personnel from Delaware State Police, Maryland State Police and Delaware State Police Aviation searched the area for the suspect. Fire units remained on scene with lighting during the search.
