Pick-up vs freight train with door pop

Sussex Rescue Box 74-2, motor vehicle collision with entrapment. Delmar Station 74, Laurel Station 81, Sussex County EMS and Delaware State Police Trooper 2 Helicopter were dispatched for a vehicle versus train on Old Crow Road. Rescue 74 under the direction of Chief Elliott arrived to find a pick-up truck that had struck a train. Rescue 74's crew performed a door pop to extricate the patient. One trauma patient was transported to Peninsula Regional via ground ambulance. Aviation was not utilized.
