Severe weather and a structure fire in Hebron

A fast moving but severe thunderstorm passed through the area this afternoon, quickly triggering calls for area fire departments. Stations 5, 16 and 74 were alerted for a structure fire in Hebron. Engine-Tanker 74-2 responded from Delmar but was later cancelled enroute.

The photo was taken at the firehouse and shows the final moments before two groups of storm clouds merged. Shortly thererafter a powerful thunderstorm rolled through the area and the structure fire was alerted.
